Bally 6000 coin in - coin out setting

Hello everyone.  Hope someone has an answer to the correct settings.

Purchased a bally 6000. Bill Validator not working, but that's a different story for a different time. Starting with zero credits, I drop a few coins in, and if I hit anything, the pay automatically goes to credits. Just looking to make it coin in, coin out. I have another 6000 that's coinless, and I do know how to go into the settings..but this is coins...so not sure what settings I need to change to do basic coin in coin out.

Any help is appreciated

When you hit something and it goes to credits, what happens when you hit the cash out button?

I changed some setting..maybe 61?...and when I cash out, it actually goes through 5he hopper and coins drop to the coin tray. All good. I start at zero credits, put coins in, and regardless how big or small, first hit always go to credits..as well as all hits after

I think it’s 27 that sets the bet mode. Set it to 0000 for cash only

27 is bet mode. (0001=credit mode) 0003=coin to credit. There's no 0000 setting

Your looking to have it dispense coins on all winning combinations, correct?

Correct. Instead of pay to credits,  I'd like it all pays instant through hopper. .like old days

I think the 0000 setting I was thinking of is the BV so it works like a change machine. It dispenses coins for bills

I read a few older posts on this, and it has been done, but it's like 7 settings that need to be changed. Unclear of exactly which ones. It's been driving me nuts

I’m excited to see this get solved. My Dad wants all machines to kick out coins on every hit.

These settings will make it dispense coins on each winning combination.  BUT it turns off the BV. Coin in and Coin out ONLY.  BV will  be turned off.

54 = 9999
56 = 01
51 = 01
61 = 01 hopper

That’s awesome! I was going to grab at straws and say try setting the credit limit to 0000 (57) and the payout to hopper only (61)

That setting goes to handpay, Sunrise. Just tried it. First hit..bell went off, and HP in win screen

I tested on my machine.  It  works.

I'm doing these settings on 2003 mains. Maybe that is the difference if you have different year mains? If  you have the  same mains,  do a clear and  then set it to  these  settings.
