Hello,
Does anyone know what is going on with Rudy's deals...I ordered a part from them about 4 weeks ago and received a bad part...No big deal as I have dealt with John and his gang for years...I email Nicole about the problem and she said she would look into finding another...Once she found it she said she would ship it out that day...Weeks have gone by and no replacement part or return of emails ( I have sent 4 or 5 in the last week or so)...As of today, still no replacement part and no word from anyone there...

I placed an order last night & received notification today that it was shipped. On another note my previous order arrived quickly but 2 of the 4 items described as "NEW" parts were not new at all. No harm. They served the purpose just fine. Just don't understand why he thinks his customers won't notice these things. Item #2024 & #3126.

My dealings with John have always been ok ... Dont know why this is happening. I do know that this might not be the best time of year for him ,,, if you know him, you will understand.

Yeah RB, that "NEW ITEMS" thing always gets me too.  I looked for riding mowers last Summer and ebay always sends me e-mails saying "NEW ITEMS" and every time I look they are about 20 years old.  Same when I look for pocket watches online.  One site last week said "new items" and 3 of them were over 100 years old.  Maybe they should say "NEWLY LISTED ITEMS" instead of new items.  AAAAAAHHHHHHHH !  Who knows  :Scratch-Head:   :Scratch-Head:

Well I finally heard from John...He refunded my money, but now I need to find another JCM DBV-200-sh for a Sigma...Said he has server problems...Anyone have one that they want to sell?...I will also post WTB...

There seems to be problems with John's server again. Haven't been able to reach his site for a couple days now.

John and Doug are great people to deal with, very honest and knowledgeable.

I picked up machines several times from him since I'm 45-60 minutes from his shop, he sorts everything carefully but with electronics bad parts do sometimes end up being sold but it can't be helped. He strips down tons of machines and tests everything before it goes on the shelves unless he tells you it's untested.

If you ever have a chance to visit his shop building you will wish you had brought a U-Haul! got some 5500's from him that were in rough shape but they cleaned up and ran nicely.

Tell him Mike and John from South Jersey say hello if 'ya see him ;)
