Is anyone having trouble contacting them?  When I call them, the machine says press bottoms for sales, technical support, John and etc.. then it says invalid entry.  Anyone can try this.
I had purchased an Bally 5500 MPU Board with tray and Bally Game Chips SMI 7099.  They told me I needed software for my board.  I need everything in a board to make it work.  What else does it need?  I want it to work my DUES WILD game.  Plug and Play.
No response with the emails either.  The last response was before I paid for it.  Did not receive anything. 
I want it to work in my machine,  plug and play.

Not all machines have such a thing as a"plug and play" board, meaning some setup will need to be done by you upon receipt. I thought 5500 was one that would not allow this, but hopefully I'm wrong. You will need fill software and a good battery.

I have dealt with John in the past and he has been a stand up guy.... Never had a problem except for a contact issue. He has always got back to me, but sometimes it takes a bit.

As far as John-Rudy goes I have met Him and he has been to my warehouses though years ago and We have done numerous deals.  John is a good Man.  I have not spoken to John in a while but folks don't change.  Sure there is a explanation on delays or their website.

I just placed an order on Sunday...got a email early on Monday morning stating my order was shipped with tracking number...Any problems I had in the past, John has always taken care of it...He is a good guy!

Email seems to be hit and miss.
I ordered a belly glass which looked perfect in the low resolution pictures.
Sent em a email to verify it was perfect or close no issues BEFORE it shipped.
Never got a email back. Package did come and was wrapped well. But there was
Previous corner damage on the glass..
Got a reply after I sent a Email and photos.
About the 17th of last month.
 I am so sorry about that Issue. I have put complaints in about this. 
I am glad It did'nt Break , as this is a very rare glass. Thank You Again, 
Nicole.

And it kinda ended there.

Heck of a service these guys are doing with older parts etc..
Just hope they fine tune communications and make sure when pictures
Are taken they are better resolution and listings include imperfections.

Hope you have a better outcome in the end
