Replacing Caps on Video board in Gamemaker Plus

I have a GameMaker Plus with a 14" Tatung VS-14428 CRT.  The CRT has gone completely dark.    I have traced the problem to a blown 2.5A fuse on the main CRT board (not the neck board).  Replacement fuses blow within 1/10 second. The fuses blow hard (Way too much current). I have been advised that blown fuses are very often the result of failed capacitors, and I should buy a "Cap Kit", which should contain replacement capacitors for all the caps on this PCB.    Where would I go to buy such a "Cap Kit" ??   Any suggestions?

Have you checked the diodes in the regulator circuit for short?

Thank you!   When my Game Maker CRT went blank I was advised to replace the caps on the video board, and I was also advised (By Cowboygames) to check the diodes in the power supply.   It turns out that the Full wave rectifier bridge had shorted out. I have replaced it and the CRT works great!   Thanks Cowboygames!!!    :applause:
