hopper problem keep saying call attendant

Hi folks...  are Kenny Rogers gameKing giving us fits... it started out with a bad battery replaced that now the bill validator only takes one dollar bills no other denomination  and now the hopper wants to pay out and it keeps jamming how do I clear the hopper and how do I get to the denomination page I've held down the computer button several times and turn the key switch but all I get is a few blue boxes that have nothing to do with the accounting as it did once I replace the battery I had more options....   we really don't want the hopper to work we don't want it to dump quarters are tokens or anything its just we wanted to override the hopper if there's any payout in just go straight to credits.....! frustrated

BUZZ use to to come to our house when I got this frustrated but unfortunately Buzz is in heaven ....if anybody knows anybody in the AV area that can help us or walk me through this I'd appreciate it thank you...John & Lori

I'm sure someone here will help you sort out the problems. I don't know enough about your model machine to give advice, sorry. It might be good to invest some time learning more about your machine so you can better handle problems as they come up, will be less frustrating for you when it happens. These machines do fail from time to time, it's just part of owning one.

Hey John. If you go to the top of the I-Game and Game King page, type in call attendant in the search box and read some of the responses. It looks like you may need a key chip to disable the hopper. Also search for clearing coin jam etc. Maybe you can get some info there and then ask on here how to do some of those things. Good Luck

The BV not taking anything but ones I would recalibrate. Is it WBA or UBA? If you can't makeshift a jump to the connection from the hopper to the machine, I've got no answer for you there. Thats what we did when we went to vouchers instead of coins and we've only had one or two hopper errors which we just reseated the jumper and it went away.
