504 will not clear

I have a 540 board that I tested and then shipped to guy.  He installed board but it will not clear/work.  After he powers up all 4 amber and 1 green light come on and do not go off.  This happens with both IVC00097, IVC00224 and the SB chip.  If he puts his all bad board (door open error) in the lights work properly, machine makes it through clear until the door open error.
Is there a fix for the first board (the one I shipped him)?

The door open error board needs to be placed in another cabinet to see if the error comes up.
However, you sent him a good board that was pre-tested....it should have worked.
Did you or he install the chips?
You need to find that list of LED lights on an MPU sheet in the S2000 manual somewhere ...it tells you what those LED lights are for.

Maybe bent pin or pins during shipping? I had one that it happend to before.
