I don't know. Maybe someone with more knowledge of CRT monitors can help? I replaced mine with LCD's and never looked back.

hi I just got my new video chassis now the monitor is up and running
now I have this problem now I have tried resetting the machine but still nothing am I missing something here

am till having that the machine boots up even with key chip 22
one person told me it could be the I/o cards is that true

What's wrong with your wiring harness, individual wires and connectors can be repaired or replaced, is there a harness missing, I can't tell from the photo?

You could try someplace like Rudy's that sometimes parts out a machine and has the harder to find items.
That harness may not be listed on their website so you will have to contact Rudy's to see if they have it in a machine they are parting out or can get one for you:

Also, there are slot machine vendors on the NLG home page that may be able to help with this, they may have it or can direct you to someone that has. Not all of them regularly read all the postings here so might not see this thread.

some one told me to change the I/o cards but I have three
plus I don't have special tool to take the pins out

So, you need to change the I/O card?? or the wiring harness?? Will changing the wiring harness fix the coin jam problem?

I see. Hopefully you can locate a wring harness but wouldn't it be easier to swap out the I/O card, and that is more likely to fix the problem?

By trying another one in its place. If your machine has 2 or 3 identical I/O cards maybe you can switch the one you suspect with another one, see if the problem changes? If you do this and the error you have goes away then that I/O card has a problem.

Where did you get this machine, if you bought it recently maybe the seller can help with the problem, especially if it is a slot machine dealer?

I have a new I/o card coming in tomorrow plus a new coin Board, CC-16, Inhibit, 12 VDC - IGT 80960
that probably where the coin jam is coming from
