noob question regarding key chips

ok so i used the keychip, but i need to re do the keychip again to make some changes....when i do so will the machine retain all the other settings than those i wish to change?  or do i have to start from scratch?  key chips are annoying lol

Go for it, keychip will not change other settings.  A clear chip will set everything back to default.

Just remember in order for the key chip to work you must have zero credits on the machine

Best way to look at the key chip is it's a security "key" to unlock all the settings.  It's a form of higher security so slot attendants don't make changes.  The key will not change anything, just give you the ability to.

 The clear chip is what it sounds like, it will clear the machine of all settings.
