The seesaw was not working correctly, I noticed it was not smooth, I took it apart cleaning everything, inside and outside. The screw was loose on the seesaw.

I'm bouncing around the machine. I have the ball empty switch installed. I had to plan out the best possible position of the micro switch. Its getting easier to visualize, install these boogers now.

I still have a few bumps in the road with the ball lifter, however I am at the cusp of figuring it out completely. I have the thin steel plate securing the blue hose/pipe after I got everything in place, it acts like a hose clamp, but without compressing the blue hose/pipe.

My issue is the one center tulip is a broken piece, and the balls get caught in the tulip. I am trying to get parts for it, the tulips are unique to these pachinko machines and I don't want to change it out, just the part that's broken.

As you can see the gap in the tulip is large enough to jamb a ball.
Another note, the pachinko parlor took the weight out of one of the tulips which means they made it difficult to win. I have set it up as a loose machine, it's a game, not a win or loose machine.

More work, added the steel balls, still adjusting the brass nails. The ball dump to the recycler needs some work, overall it's coming along. The part to stop and start the balls is in route, as well as a ball shaker, hopefully these will be the solution.
The angle and height of the lower ball tray is perfect, no more problems with balls bouncing around. The covers for the holes in the floor prevent the balls from dropping down into the lower cabinet. They have a way of rolling around. 😆
I'm using the Molex plugs for the wiring for the motor, and the other parts that need to be serviced without having to fight the wiring.

I had a task on a military base that required me to travel for a few days, so I have been chomping at the bit.

Working on some decals, on off switch plate it's really a nice looking plate. I am working on the automatic ball feed idea, parts came in the mail.
The old decals are really piss poor, added a couple more decals for clarity to what the lights are about.

Due to the fact that most the original decals are in poor condition, I replaced them. The decades of exposure to the elements has destroyed them.

Been working on a ball release for the players. Having them available, stored inside of the cabinet is the best option. Now I have to work on perfecting the ball delivery system.

Still working on a on off switch for the ball motor. Third one, and I am still going.....

What I am trying to accomplish is that the balls push a finger down and activate the micro switch. Using weights on the device I can balance the ball to the finger. Sounds like Frankenstein.

Finally found a solution to the problem. The basic idea is the counterbalance, the balls traveling down the tube hit the finger and the micro switch engages. Once the balls are down the tube the counterweight brings it up. The best part is that I am able to adjust the counterbalance anytime.

Another problem that I have resolved (maybe) is the ball storage for the players. I am using a standard ball tray, a tube, and then everything goes off the rails. I developed a push button mechanical ball release that works slicker than snot. The balls then drop down into a small tray and then the outside tray for player’s.

I have installed a door switch, the reason is that I forget the ball lifter may be running, and that's not good. 
I have been labeling the switches in the cabinet.

I got the cabinet on a flat level surface and now I am looking for issues. I found a couple of issues all ready and I need to figure out how to resolve them. Other than a few bumps in the road it's coming along nicely.

So the ball is getting stuck in the chute behind the lower rod jackpot assembly. I have a bit of movement in the lower rod jackpot assembly that creates a ball getting trapped behind it instead in front of it.
I really don't want to change anything until I can get a good grip on the problem. I have taken videos of the ball jamb and I will start studying them.

Onward and upwards. Still getting the bugs out, the ball lifting is working awesome! The issue is the ball dropping out of the back, the paperclip is working, however the ball is stopping and moving onward. I am thinking its maybe the angle of the cabinet, I need to adjust it, however I have leveled it.

I am to the point where I have to hang this up. The machine has several small issues, and the only way to resolve them is mounted on the wall.
