Knowing what model of machine you have would be helpful. Is there another battery in the machine, like on the backplane, topbox board, etc?

I guess that would help.  Stupid me.  It is a blue bird 1 5 reels monkeys slot. No progressive.  Two cr2032 in the main board

We deal with so many different models of machines that it is usually better to include that info so people don't have to guess what machine you have, especially if they are going to look for a manual to help with the question. So yours is a BB 1.5.

I suppose you've double-checked that both batteries you installed are good, correct voltage and that they got installed correctly? I forget on that machine, are the batteries in a battery holder or soldered to the board?

Yes I just bought new batteries and both are installed with negative side up.  Check the status from the. Processor inputs and battery 1 is fine.  I guess i will figure out how to remove processors and check the battery terminals.

A quick update from yesterday.  I removed the mpu and check the battery holders.  They look fine.  I tried to clean connectors but there is not much you can do.  Used the good batteries from my other bb1 (that i know works) and now I have a low battery on nvram 1 and the message for nvram 2 is gone.   :Scratch-Head:
