Game king payback percentages

Hello all, I have a igt game king machine with a 3902 board. I have two different boards. On the one I can use key chip 040 and I have a lot of options. The other board when I use that same key chip there is not the same options and the payback percentages are a lot lower. On keno max is 93% while my other board it is 98%. Is this because of a different base chip? Do I need a different key chip? Thank you for your time!

Some of the older GK/I-game sets need a key17 or 22.  What is the base number?

Thanks for the reply sixcard the base chip on the higher payback is M0000791. The base chip number on the board in question is m0000837. Thanks!

I think you need a key17.

I managed to get the 044 key to work. I guess the problem is I probably have the wrong game chips. On 4 card keno with the highest percentage it only pays 4000 credits on a 7 out of 7, 4 credits a card.  Usually it seems like they pay 28000 credits from what I’ve seen in the casinos. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or that is the max this one pays out.
