S2000 Call Attendant,Door Open MB,Bill Stack validator ERROR

Bought a  S2000 told it was just the battery needing replacing,,,,,,That was before i took some time and learned what to look for buying used machines.
Replaced the CPU: Board was damaged from Varta Battery, Removed Varta from new Board
Replaced Door Optics
Replaced Both I/O Cards Belly and Cabinet
Cash Can Door Sensor Bypassed
WBA Bill and Cash Ticket Validator $1,5,19,20,50,& $100 this has only cycled once on start up.
Replaced 3volt battery today after reading a Topic here in our Forum
Turn machine on: Display Self Test Passed,Reels Cycle, Bill Validator Stack Error and Closure Door Open MB error....Open and Close door a few times and Bill Validator Stack Error Clears. Left with
Call Attendant Door Open MB Error
How do i check bill validator to make sure it cycles on start up and Clear Door Error..

was there any apparent damage to the new board when you removed the varta battery?  was the new board tested and know to be good? 

I wouldn't worry about the bill unit until you get the machine door open problem solved.

 upon power up the bill unit should cycle, all components have to be present, transport unit, cash can etc.

it may be as simple as doing an auto config.

I purchased the board from a contributing member  here named Chris,slotAZ tested and a removable battery ungrade installed.
No damage to the board that i could notice anywhere. Varta battery easily removed.
Auto-Config?
Is that option in the menu on start-up and Re-Set key used to locate category?

if you can get into the menu's go to section #4   I/O tests,  4.1.3,  scroll down to the main door test,  close and latch the door, the 0 should be alternating between the 0 and 1 if the door optics are working, if it does not change then you have an issue somewhere.

auto config is 4.3   it configures the Netplex devices and tells you the status of them.

Did the I/O test and it was 0 to1 flashing. Here are the rest of the settings under that test

according to your results the cash can door switch isn't showing it being closed, it should be flashing 0 to 1 also.

also I would bypass the belly door switch as well, its located up in the left corner top , jumper that switch as well.

Ok,,,cash can same as coin drop door? i have belly door already by-passed.

No,   cash can switch is the cash can switch normally mounted just below the lock opening on the cash can door itself.  it has to be bypassed.  I double checked a machine last night, both the main door and the bill validator door have to flashing, if not then you will never get past that error. 

cash can and drop door are not the same, two different switches.

If you are getting a door closure message - you fixed it! It is not an error, just means door switch(es) were open and are now closed. It will go away after you play a game.

Your machine could have stacked errors in its memory. Try opening and closing the door a few times to see if that clears them.

I have tried open and closing the door many many times and still not letting me attempt to put bills in bill validator or tickets...Bill validator has 2 red lites steady on but not accepting bills, and when i turn machine bill validator doesnt cycle. its a WBA.

Does this machine have coin handling or just paper in? I’m beginning to wonder if doing a clear and key procedure wouldn’t help your problem? Did you ever see this bill acceptor work. Is it enabled in the settings. Lastly are all the switches facing the same direction on the bill head? Your machine won’t accept any printed tickets unless you have installed a TiTo unit.

I heard Bill acceptor cycle a couple of times,,,currently doesn't cycle WBA-12-SS


I have another machine a SPlus  swapped Bill acceptor and S2000 WBA didnt cycle in SPlus
While Splus WBA cycled in the s2000


Biil Acceptor Enabled in settings
All switches on bill head facing same direction


Just Turned Machine on Error: Call Attendant,,,,,,Paper Out (i  pulled paper out of print head) and DOOR OPEN B

GOOD NEWS I was Oaklawn Casino Hot Springs Arkansas last nite played the New IGT (think it was IGT) MONOPOLY Machine w/wheel spin on top,,,,And Hit The Progressive Pot!!! I guess i should just go another machine and use this one for parts. lol

Is this a Ms. Little Green Men Vision game?
If so, turn the jackpot key once and tell me what it says on the VFD display.
After that, turn it 2 more times and you should see a "Close The Door" message...do that
Let us know what you see on the display

But I get the feeling that when you turn the key once, you get the blue screen with the 3 boxes (Accounting, History and I/O Tests) that open up on the topbox screen?

I have the same problem on my machine at the moment!     
I'm getting to the bottom of this today!

The chips you posted are SB000172, SG000172's.
What card is in the LCD topbox? 
The labels can be wrong.

To find out for sure, open the door & press the white button on the MPU once.
Swing the door partially closed but not shut closed fully so you can access the button deck.

You will see the main screen [ Accounting, History, Options, I/O Tests, Game Tests. Service, Keychip & Setups]
Press the [Enter] button and a second row of options comes up [Terminal, Game, Security, Error, Version, Progressive, Ram]

Scroll down to Version and press [Enter]
A single option [Version] will pop up.
Press the [Enter] button.

The [Version Accounting Meters] will pop up on your screen.
Now you can see what stuff you have installed on your machine.

Take a photo of it and post it here and we'll be able to help you get your machine running the way you want it to.
