g20 Error Reloading

I am trying to install GK 8.3 on a G20 slot.  I have never had problems before doing this on other AVP slots until now. Machine programs fine and slot works great until I turn it off and restart it.  I then get the errors shown in the pictures.  I am using same OS(B0C) and same loader that I have used before with success.  I have changed all batteries in cpu and backplane.    I have changed cpu and am still getting the error shown in the pics.  I need some some help on this one.  Thanks

Well I think somehow my GK loader went bad.  I loaded this into a different slot today and it is doing the same thing as the first slot.  I guess I need to find another loader for this somewhere  to confirm that this is the problem.

UPDATE:  I think I may try one more thing to see if it solves the problem.  Someone suggested upgrading to 2gb of ram.  Both of these machines only have 1gb in them.  I will report back on this.

UPDATE:  I tried a different GK loader and also increased the memory and I am still getting this error.  Can anybody tell me what OS to use with this??  I have B0C and B03 OS loaders.  Thanks

I use B0C with no issues.  When installing GK8.3 on these I found these steps work best.

1.  Wipe everything clear. HD, Cabinet and NVRAM.
2.  Install OS (boot ekey 7 plus OS install flash drive).
3.  Boot into OS and configure the options until you get to no games enabled screen.  Power down.
4.  Power up with ekey 7 and gK flash drive and install.
5   Boot and run the autoconfig utility on the menu.

Doing it the other way with the manage package option seems to screw things up with GK installs.  The method above works for me 100% of the time.

I switched from SSD drives to original HD and all seems to be working OK now.  Both machines I put GK in had SSD drives in them.  Anyway I hope this was the problem.

Oh yes, some SSD drives do not appear to work correctly on these.  Someone here had issues with the newer intel ones.  I have only used sandisk and have never had an issue.

When I upgraded to SSD, I had issues with intel. Went to Sandisk per a member’s suggestion and have no read write issues. It seems to me that the AVP main boards may be a bit picky with ssd’s. What kind / brand are you using? -  just for the community reference
