Gen 2 or Gen 3 Ticket Printer? Mounting Hardware?

Just picked up a G23, with no ticket printer or harness installed. I have a Gen 3 printer, but it looks like it definitely requires mounting hardware. Any advice would be appreciated  :Scratch-Head:

There are no mounting screw holes on a tray to the right of the power switch???  Pull the base out from printer and screw it into the tray.  Edit: The harness from the printer plugs into a connector just to the right of the backplane. USB is only needed to change or upgrade firmware as far as I can tell.

Hmm, there are some mounting screws in the bottom, but I can't tell where they would fit into the Gen3 printer, which is why I suspected I needed a harness of some kind. Here are some pics - are you saying I should remove the printer itself from the sliding mechanism?

Never used a gen3.  I have gen2 installed.  Just pull it out far enough to get to the screw holes on a gen2.

Yeah, I don't see how a gen3 is gonna fit in here to be honest. I'll dig up a gen2... the gen3 is too wide unless I can find a way to separate it from the sliding harness. And even then, if feels hakish.

I think maybe only gen2 and epic 950 are supported.  Found paperwork somewhere only stated those two printers.  I don't know for sure.

I also did not have any G23 printer ticket guides, so I made my own with a half a ticket taped to the inside of the door's printer slot lower lip.  Works perfect.
