IGT AVP multi game machine help

Hi -  I am a newbie - hoping I am in the right place. I have an  IGT AVP  multi game video machine that I purchased two years ago - the  seller installed 13 games, and it has been working great until last night. ( I turn them on about once a week). I turned on the machine and the entire screen was green, then red , then I got a message to turn the jackpot key, in which it restarted and now there are NO games installed.  After the logo screen I got a message saying "Configuration Verification Required - No Game Enabled"    I am ultra careful with my machines and there has been no power outages or any other freak thing...

I am lost - I tried to contact the seller, but apparently he is out of business and so is my warranty/support....  :(   I have no eKeys, and don't know where to start  -  I did find the AVP How to Manual on this site - so thank you for that... I will read through it.. I have attached a pic of the screen..

Questions:
Is there a way to see if this machine is toast without an eKey?
Is there a reset button? Weird that everything was fine just a few days ago - worked perfectly, but now nothing...
Is there a way to see what ekey / games installation usb I would need to get if all is lost?



Any input is appreciated! :)

You will need an eKey before you can do anything.

Considering the cost of an ekey (300+) and if you only have one machine you may want to post your location and see if someone could make a housecall and get you back up and running.If you plan on constant changes than an ekey may be your way to go.Unfortunately right now your options are limited.

I have three machines, but this is the only IGT.  The others are a Quick Hits, and a Game King (I have the key for that one)
 I am in northeast Ohio, and willing to pay for a house call unless it is more cost effective for me to purchase an eKey.  Would I need an installation eKey, and need  another for all of the games?

Sorry for so many questions - but truly appreciate the assistance...

The games are still on the hard drive, but you need an Ekey so you can enable them.

  I  don't know where to check to see what version of anything I am running.... unless it is on the machine somewhere...?

Ekey 7 is the way to go for simplicity.

If nobody here has one for sale there's a seller on ebay that has them.  Up over $400 now though.  Does have Best Offer though, so you maybe able to pick it up a little cheaper.   He's sold some at $415, so probably won't take too much off.
