Bally Alpha V32 Error

Getting the error screen shown in the pic.  Slot is an Alpha V32 with one gig box and 336 OS.  Trying to load Cash Spin.  Any ideas. Thanks

there are various versions of cash spin, one of them requires transmissive reels.  What is the program number you are loading?

Rick   CSMS 1L is the program I have.  I don't have an exact program number as the game card ID tag is blank but the slot is transmissive reels.  I am thinking it is the wrong software.  Thanks Ted
