How to secure a BB2 button panel?

How do you secure the front edge of a BB2 button panel to keep it from creeping up? I can push it down but it always pops back up in time, both of my machines do this.

Do you have a picture of what you are talking about?

This sounds like you have a slant button panel  i n those machines instead of the upright type

My bb2 came with the same button panel. Sticks up a little. Nothing to secure it from the bottom like a bb1 panel

Members are politely asking you to post a picture.
Maybe previous owner swapped, and gave you the wrong button deck?
We have tens of WMS BB2 upright machines here at work...not one of them "creep up"

I've looked online and it looks like my panels may have a different piece of metal on the front edge, nothing to hold it down in front.

Those pics are of a Slant button deck.  Notice the metal bars that helps retain the deck in the door of an Upright machine are missing

I know It's difficult to see in my picture, but I found some insulated clamps with rubber insulation on them at the hardware store and mounted four of them to the deck I had like this on one of my machines.

I definitely see the difference, looks like mine are from a slant top.

If someone has some scrap upright button decks, that metal piece (held by 12 studs) could be swapped out.
