Newbie to Forum with first s2000's

Hello, I'm brand new to this forum and also brand new to slots. I acquired my first slots which are s-2000 Firelines and Hawaiian Diamonds and I'm hooked. I do have a few questions if anyone has the answer's. The company I got these from stated they were set around 95% payback. However, we have only had few days and it seems that you almost never loose. They pay constantly, almost too much to where its not fun when you win every other spin.. Can anyone enlighten me on how to set the payback higher? Also, I have experience with computer repair and electronics so I can catch on easy..   I'm excited to be a part of this forum and look forward to learning and sharing . I posted photos of my machines below .

you'll need a set of clear and key chips to change payout % , sure one of vendors  here will get in touch looks like you might have games with r boards  best to pull out cpu and post a pic of them

To change the payback percentage you have to "key chip" your machine, you then enter a special menu where you can change it.

My machine is set on 98% and I do not win on every other spin, your machine might just be having a good day...

Find attached the S2000 manual that has instructions on all settings you can change.

Welcome to NLG. It may seem like they pay too much but I'd give it a little more time. The natural flow and ebb of payoffs seem like too much sometimes but believe me it will turn round. These are slot machines and even at 95% they're not designed to make the player rich. Try it for a while and then let us know if you want to drop the percentage. Glad to have you aboard!

Thank you! Yeah its only been few days but for instance I started with $20 and now both machines over $500. lol.. My wife was excited now she is saying its boring cause you win too much . Any recommendations on a vendor to purchase these chips from? thank you for your help I appreciate it!

I would play your machines for about a month or so before you change the odds. When these machines are first set up they tend to pay out a little better. You will find the game will also go through long dry spells where you will wonder if it will ever win. The five reel machines do a lot of winning but are you getting what you bet back? They typically bet 150 then pay back 40 so you think you are winning. The odds are based on over a million spins and the machines are cyclical but will eventually rest at what they are set to.

One more word of caution. Before you remove any boards, cards, etc make sure the game is switched off.

Thank you Qbert for your reply. Yes, i notice sometimes it paying say 40 on a 150 spin. But seems like every 10-12 spins its paying big. I'll give it some more time before making any changes. Thank you for your help and welcome
