Sound Simm Error

I keep getting the error:  Sound Simm Memory error

Anyone know what to do to fix this problem
or do I need another Sound Simm

I've gone through all the procedures, & my other
game themes/Sound Simms work fine.
DSV 00042 (16MB)

All I get with the DSV 00015 (Bonus Sizzling 7's)
8MB sound simm after keying, holding test button
2-3 seconds, close door, etc is Call Attendant then
it will just repeat over & over!!!

Only the DSV00042 is " universal " . If you're trying to use your 00015 in something other than a Bonus Sizzling 7 machine it probably won't work. You may want to check with Jason he is the resident simm expert.

Also I'm not using the DSV 00042
for the bonus sizzling 7's
I am using DSV 00015 it is a
game specific simm.

I just tested it (42) with my other game
Triple Diamond Deluxe just to make sure
no other sound issues were happening.

I'll try to see if Jason (Yoeddy1) has an
answer to this later in the day!

Are you trying to use the 00015 in a Sizzling 7?
One line? Three line, Five? That simm will be specific usually for only one of them. I can't tell you which one. ( that's where Jason comes in) I think he's on line now.

SB and DSV are correct.  If you take the SIMM off of the MMLB2 board and try to play the game, do you get the generic IGT sounds?

   Yes! it does the generic sounds.
I bought the Sound Simm from
jjslots & I'm wondering if somethings
not wrong with that.

I have no problems with my sound board.
It's only with that Simm.

Post a picture of your sound simm dip switches, they may not be set right.  Or just copy the settings from one of your DSV42's.
