BB1 Will not clear

Hi


I am trying to clear  a BB1 and it runs through the whole bios clear process till it gets to the top line then it stops and it says:


ACPI: Unable to Locate RSDP , Then to the right is a white space that will not fill in. It Stalls at this point.  Any one have any ideas on what may


cause this?

Was the game running ok when you got it?  Have you seen in working?

Is the jurisdiction chip installed, battery ok etc.

Clear card in the right hand slot........

I just checked the voltage on the batteries--2.1-- so I'm hoping that is the problem. I had to order them so will have to wait a few days to try and boot again. Will get back later.  Thanks  all for your help!

I'm Back, Inserted 2 new batteries today and that did not fix the problem. Clear gets so far & stops. Here are pics of screen. I see the bottom line says sleeping forever- that doesn't sound good.

Did you ever see this machine working??  I suspect the JUR chip is either missing or damaged.

SPI is an SJUR issue like iramack says.  You either don't have one, or it's damaged.  Post a photo of the insides of your MPU.
