IGT S PLUS plays more than 1 credit when the Play one credit button is pushed

I am new to slot machines and purchased one for my home game room.  I have a IGT S Plus Double diamond.  Everything seems to work fine.  Except.... When I build up credits (no matter the amount) if I hit the play one credit button it automatically will play 3 credits rather than 1. Is there a setting I am missing?  There are no error codes and machine plays fine.  I just can't hit play one credit without it playing the max.

Check the wires going into the socket.  Make sure each color wires are plugged into same places as the spin button.  Could be the yellow wire is plugged into top terminal instead of lower one.
