Hello and Happy 2020!! Finally on vacation from airplane factory and getting back to  EM slot fun-installed new wiper are and still no payout. I started to match  the payout arm location from another money honey and so far the wiper arm placement in regards to payout wins on this machine are correct. I suspect the fingers are not touching in places or arm is not on correct contacts

Bell/Bell/Bar-no pay out or hopper engagement

Lime/Lime/Bar-same
Orange/Orange/Orange-same but not all symbols are bad?

the documentation for model 742A-92T is on http://bingo.cdyn.com/slots - that machine used the P-484-242, -243 and -244 reel index discs.

the m-220-* file defines the reel tapes for a few machines.  The 92T used the -248 thru -250 tapes, so you can compare to your reel tapes and see if the symbols are the same.

the p-484-* file has the slot depths for the index discs.   If you search the forum for "reference hole"  there's more info on slot depths and reel tape alignment, but the short answer is if you index the reel into a position with the shallowest slot, that should be a cherry and the wipers should be position on the CH columns of rivets in the below image.

note the diagram below is looking at the wiring side of the contact plate and is NOT the correct wiring/wiper layout for your machine (don't have that diagram), but which line of rivets the contacts land on is the same.

in other words, your index discs (assuming they are 242, 243 and 244) have 9 possible slot depths and the diagram below has the 1-9 columns of rivets that correspond to those slots.

Thanks for the info-I have 3 M/Honeys so I swapped out the reel on this machine(not paying) and installed on the other MH and it worked and paid out. Contacts look good so I will search for broken wires with meter and hopefully find the issue. Best regards Bill :banghead:

keep in mind the bally 1000/1000A manual is for the 742/742A models and they made hundreds of variants of those machines.  Some of the details like the replay counter disc, wiper wiring, etc. may not match a -xxx variant.

there's good general info in the manuals that should apply to all the 742's.

you can find many of the manuals on http://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/bally_manuals/

if you have a manual not on that site, let me know.

thanks for the link, looks like its a finger alignment issue then a loose or broken wire. I made some progress in getting the correct payouts but some of the fingers are pretty tweaked but its slowly coming back to a 100% working EM.
