WTB: WMS BB1 coin tray and hopper

Hey guys,

This is a bit preliminary, but for future reference, how hard is it to set up a hopper and coin tray on a BB1?  Anybody done this?  On my IGT S2000 and 3902 rig, I set them up to pay out 5 dollars (20 tokens) in coins and the rest on a ticket.  Can this same setup be accomplished on a BB1?  Is it just a matter of sliding a hopper in, clipping on the tray, and enabling the hopper in the SW menus?

I'd be interested to know, who's running coin in a BB1.

I have never done partial pays from hopper on a BB1.  My WMS550 which is now running a CPUNXT conversion (enables the old cabinets to run most bb1 games), has coin-in and it is set to give me $2,000 credit for every nickel I put it.  When I cash out, whatever is not a multiple of $2,000, goes to handpay.  Since the printer on these machines was installed where the hopper was, I have never configured a machine that has a hopper and a printer.

Thanks for confirming Jeff.  Are hoppers available for these too?  I'm new to WMS, and I'm curious if BB1 parts are easy to come by. 

When the machine arrives, I'll be digging right in.

Will your machine have a coin in slot and coin comparator, wiring, etc?  Most BB1 machines are not coin in.  Parts are pretty easy to find though.

Coin head and comparitor are on it.  No tray and hopper....yet.  Wiring...I guess I'll have to look at it closer when it gets here.  Good to know parts can be had.
