Need help with wiring for a gamemaker 7000 touchscreen

Hello,
I have a GM 7000 that I got and it had a bad monitor and was missing the cables for the crt monitor and the touch screen.
I have got a replacement CRT with touch screen that looks like it came from some Merit Megatouch machine.I made a cable for the video and it works but here is my problem.I need to connect either the touch screen that came with replacement monitor or make the controller from the original monitor work with this one .

The controller that came with the replacement monitor is labeled "Micro Touch SMT-3 Merit Ind."
The controller from the original monitor is different and all I can see is that the ROM says Microtouch and has a 9pin connector going to the touch screen and it has a 25 pin female connector,a 4 pin "Floppy drive style power connector and a 5pin round connector like for an old keyboard.

I would be happy for any help,Suggestions,pin outs or thoughts that you can give.

I'm thinking that it  may be best to move the original controller to the new monitor because it should work with the GM not sure about the Merit version.
