machine is at a customers house - need to get over there but with this stupid storm looming over us here in west florida - need to safe guard my properties.  Thank you for following up.

Barry,   the "S" machine only has the one main chip that contains all the information.  Its usually a RSXXXX.  there is a Cmos chip as well.  No SP chip.

finally got to the customer  - reseated the RS and cmos chips - 61 - cleared - RUNNING!!!!  thank you all.
