What is the SMI number on your reels?

Should be a paper tag with a 4 digit number on the metal frame of each reel.

It's pretty hard to match the exact programs with your reel tapes if there is no SMI number available.

Do you have bad chips and are wanting to replace them?

If so  the SMI could be on the two right most chips on the board.

I just went through that with another game.

The theme was the same but the SMI was different and some reel symbols didn't pay or paid when they shouldn't.

When I finally got the correct SMI the game played and paid just fine.
