The label on the original game chips should give the WMS game id number, that would give an idea of where in the history of the model 400 it fits. If you have the broken belly glass or a photo you can get a repro made to work until you find the real thing, if that ever happens. This is often done on pinball backglass and sometimes on slot machine glass for hard to find original glass. A print ship like Kinko's (now part of FedEx holdings I think) can take a photo and print it on durable sheet plastic like mylar, then you sandwich it between 2 thin pieces of glass. It actually looks pretty good and lets the machine get finished.
