need help ballys6000 one top light flashing wont turn off

need help, my top light will flash non stop ,all the rest works fine,i was going into d11 in hit somthing dont know what ,tried to disable attraction,that was not it, still top light flashes, every thing else works and plays fine,

Does your machine have a "Call Attendant" or "Service Requested" or "Change" pushbutton on the front? If so, try pressing it once.

yes it does , does not turn off , i was going into d11 and i pushed the spin button or test when it was going through the cycle, and i dont know what to go back into to shut it off,i think i need to go in to d11 menu and some where it will turn it off,thx

sorry, but I don't know your Bally machine well enough to know what the heck "d11" means?

bally s6000, d11 gets you into the main menu settings,their you can change about 50 different settings on the machines,tell it to pay through hopper,pay through ticket ,for setting up machine memory for what you have ,

Are you referring to the test & setup menu step "11d"? If you went into the setup menus and made changes and you believe that is causing your top light to stay flashing then go back to the menu steps that you tinkered with and review their settings.

One of the reasons the tower light will flash is because of a bad battery (see chart below). So I'd check the battery first, that would be easier to do.

There's also a setup menu step #48 where the tower light is configured. If you changed that setting you need to check it and see if it is correct.

yes ,sorry put it the wrong way. 11d ,thx so much for your help ,going to see what i can do.

You can go through all your 11d menu and set all settings to factory default. Do you have a menu list that shows each setting and shows factory default setting for each in parenthesis? Also if your printer paper is low the light will flash.

ticket paper came with machine, lots of tickets, just wonder if wrong tickets,i get error on win paid for ticket error  light when i turn on machine ,but ticket printer status is green , wont print tickets, when i push print ticket locks up machine have to do partial ram clear with chips,then it works again,
