I believe that is a Chamii with no plus.
It can not be used as a stand alone progressive but can be coupled with a con 1 or 2 to be used as a progressive.

Not a spectrum it's a regular chamm 2
Not enough LEDs to be a spectrum or chamii 2+ stand alone.

Here's a closeup (fuzzy) of the labels on the eproms, maybe they mean something.  Is the controller board specific to how many LED's on the display it is compatible with? Wondering how to tell by looking at the circuit board what size LED display it works with?
