i know nothing about bally slots so i need some help on this, lady called and wants to sell it i don't need a exact price just a ball park price. it all works, i just want to pay a fair price, has stand. any info on it would be great.thanks

Machine prices vary by location and Dollar machines seem to bring a little less that quarter ones do. Your best bet is to check local listings in your area or Craigslist or other sale sights. What might sell for $400 in one area could sell for double some where else.

I cant find any around here for sale. what type of machine is it? 1113 em? or are they ss? any info on it would be great, also a price where you are at is good enough for me thank you.

That is a Bally EM machine. EM stands for Electro Mechancial. No circuit boards. They were produced till the late 1970â€™s, 77/79? After these Bally made the E-Series 1000/2000 thru 1980-86. These had circuit boards.

One thing you can do is look on Craigslist in your part of Nebraska and just search SLOT MACHINE and see if others show up. Nice looking machine but here in California, I wouldn't pay much more than $300 for it. They used to sell higher. Sadly the price has dropped. But the one thing with an EM slot machine is you can always fix it. You'll never need an intrigued circuit or optics, etc!

Be careful. I looked it up and slot machine ownership in Nebraska is against the law. And believe me, there are people who watch those sites. They might look the other way but tread lightly.

If it was made in 1980 that makes it 38 years old.. The only way you couldn't own it if Nebraska was a state where you could own one..

yes I know the law in Nebraska, and I live in Nebraska, the machine has been in Nebraska for 20 some years. I was looking for one for my sister and she dont live in Nebraska. I was more interested in what a fair price would be and the model number I could look up. and the year. looks like I got the year, so now I need a model number and a price. is it worth 10,000 or 100 dollars. just a rough guess is all I want. I do know there are a lot of stuff that effects price, so just a idea would be great. thanks.

If the game plays and pays correct, and itâ€™s in nice condition, Glass isnâ€™t flacking chipped or cracked, and the chrome and cabinet are nice, I would say itâ€™s about a $300/$500 if it has a stand. Being a dollar game hurts itâ€™s value in my option, but thatâ€™s just because Iâ€™m not fond of them.

My 2 cents is that Amechanic is right on point with his $300-$500 range. He is also correct about the overall condition and working status of the game being a big factor in price.

Although I cant read the photo of the tag, I believe the game was know as a Buy a Pay. I looked at one about a year ago. The guy was asking $300. After driving for 2 hours the game was in such poor condition I did not even make him an offer. Actually, I felt like slapping the spit from his mouth since he was VERY deceptive in photos and follow up conversation. Alas, I am a peaceful EM collector and I though the better of that.

Unless you are in the business of resale I recommend that you not buy a 200 pound eye sore or totally non working book end at any price. If its not correct be patient. The right one will come.

My advice is free and worth every Penny

On the second Tuesday of next week.

$300, sounds about right for that machine. If its for you "sister" maybe a 742 or 809 as they are smaller machines and easier to move around.
With that being said, if you can get it for $200 or less, go for it.

You are too kind. As my mentor I appreciate it a great deal. You are also correct about the type of game that the sister would like. Without question the EM games that get the most play in my game room is the 5 line 873's. More frequent pays add excitement. Now make no mistake about it, the 873 will empty your coin cup just like the Arrowline, it just takes a little longer. You put 5 coins in and almost every pull you get at least 2 coins back.

I digress since the Buy a Pay is the target machine at hand. True, for $200 its a no brainer irregardless of working condition. It CAN be fixed. If you plan to spend the 3-5 hundred smackers then get a working, properly paying game.

Now I must say the 1113 buy a pay is one of my favorite machines it pays the maximum 100 coins often so you only have to have a couple of hundred tokens or Eisenhower dollars I have one in my game room I have a buy a pay I built in a 742 cabinet I gave a 1113 to my sister
As far as price goes when I lived in Northern California up by Lake Tahoe I would probably have given $75 for that machine I have not found a single machine up in northern Michigan for sale for under 500 I have to spend $200 in gas to go down to Ohio to find one

There again like everyone has said price depends on location same as a house a car or even food location location location if you want the machine buy it

The buy and pay is a good machine as it pays 100 quite often.
I put my visitors on the machine and most of the time they hit 3 bars in a short while.
But its only $25.00

$500 is a great price. Very heavy machine at over 300 pounds. A great piece of art I'd say.
