help when i turn game on reel 1 goes into tilt on my igt s2000

then i open and close coin door .it clears and have not seen any other issue.it there any reasoning behind this.also every so often reel 3 tilts too. thanks in advance

You provided no specific info so I'm guessing that you are using older SG chips on an enhanced MPU. That typically happens when you do so. Consider updating those chips to SG000523 or SG000598.

i read some where on here where someone said to open coin door and turn reset key i did that and it seem to work.im going to turn it on later.p.s it could be the chips too since i had to buy a new / used board off the form.if it keeps happen i will do that thanks

You probably did this... but did you check to see of the reels are firmly seated?  :propeller:

if you are getting a "general reel tilt"  it could be an intermittent door open open condition, if the door optic is on the edge of adjustment, cash can switch not bypassed and the door opening, or the belly door switch is intermittent. any of the above in addition to the chips can cause the problem you are having.
