IGT S2000 printer/hopper

Hello. I have a printer and hopper in my machine. Are the some settings i can change on the machine so this will pay 25 coins out from the hopper and the rest from the printer?

Simple. Go to the options menu 3.1.11 and enable Split Pay, then 3.1.11.2 and set your coin limit to 25. It will then pay up to 25 coins and will print a ticket for the balance.


(This is assuming both printer and hopper are enabled and there are no credits on the machine)

I don't have this option menu 3.1.11 use SB100196 chip and have 1270 MPU board.

What SG chip do you have ?

Your game chip is SB100196 which is "Double Double Diamond", a type 0 game. Change your two GME chips to SG000363 and then you should have "split pay" in your option menu. SG000363 is compatible with most games.

Wouldn’t he have to set the hoppers limit to 25 coins first. After the first 25 coins are paid the rest should be printed out. Split pay is just an option for the player to use as an option to how they want to be paid. If the machine is set in limits, you don’t have a choice, it happens automatically.

My machine doesn't work that way. If you disable split pay (or lack the split pay option), any cashout beyond the hopper limit and it will print a ticket for the entire amount without paying out any coin. Amounts below the hopper limit and it pays it all in coin. It won't pay coin and ticket both.

OK. So i need to change the GME chip to get the split pay option on my machine. Thanks for the reply
