TITO Questions

When setting up after a clear do you have to setup TITO first before any game settings? In the video he sets it up first.
Reason I ask is after I did a clear last week and set everything up for TITO it worked just fine when I hit collect, now it says hand pay after I had to clear and setup again.
For confirmation I have all settings to SAS and the comm port is set to Netplex with system as the validation. Test ticket works fine.


Also after you use a ticket in the validater will it work a second time or is it trash. I'm hoping to have a few printed so that if it ever gets back down to zero on credits I don't have to run to the ATM for some Franklins to reload.

Do you have a BETTOR TITO?


Did you set LEGACY BONUS, VOUCHER IN, and VOUCHER OUT ?


As far as the order of setup is concerned... I have done it before and after setting up the machine... and sometimes I even forgot to setup the TITO and then going back to set it up. Never had a any issues with the order. I have a BETTOR TITO tho.

Since this machine is straight off the casino floor I doubt it is a Bettor.
Yes all those settings are set to SAS Primary.

Unless you have a TITO device, your machine will not read tickets and add credits. The Bettor Tito is worth the purchase.

You can have the machine print tickets without Bettor TITO, but it won't accept them.  If all you want is to print tickets, then you set validation to standard, but the machine will not take tickets for credits.  If you want to do that, then you need to buy a Bettor Tito.  Once you have Bettor Tito, then you set validation to system and it will print and accept tickets.  The tickets are re-usable with bettor Tito.

The deluxe model just gives you network capabilities so you can add credits and view various things over the app.  If you just want to print and accept tickets, the standard one will work.  Just make sure you specify that they add the custom credit button option, so you can add credits by pushing the service button.
