S2000 problem

I have a s2000 5 reel with enhanced board and getting the “display netplex down”
The machine still cycles and acts like it is coming up but does not and still displaying Netplex down.
I have replaced the mpu board and various working power supplies( usually the suspect) also checked for any unplugged wiring or cut wires. Also replaced the I/O boards on the door.
Any ideas?

Has the battery & U16 been removed from this board?
LED display would be next to try.
If that doesn't work start unplugging Netplex devices Printers etc. one by one

Yes the battery and u16 was removed but I did try one with the battery and u16 still intact
I will try unplugging the neplex devices one at a time.

Machine is fixed.
It was the Motherboard.
Than was the only item that I did not change.
