Clean/re-seat the CGF Simm installed below the sound card and see if that clears it up.

Try installing this game on the working 3902 board that has Hexbreaker installed on it and see what that does.

The problem still exists even on another board... I also tried I dream of Jeannie on the same 3902 it came up with no problems. Seems like it's an issue on the Munsters set...

Yep, that would eliminate the board alright. I would try to get a new CGF card for that game. I had one that looks like yours and replacing it fixed it.

Hello All,
Just wanted to close the loop and post that it was indeed a faulty CGF card.
The amazing 'Jim Masonis' from Golden Gamerooms was able to troublshoot and find the root cause and help me get another CGF card.
He is without a doubt a great tech and a real pleasure to work with...
