bally video slot. coin only.  not mine, says call attendant. owner doesnt have jackpot key.  i'd like to fix it for them, but dont know what im getting into.  i may already have clear chips, but honestly dont know what model it is. no bill acceptor is throwing me off. thanks

It’s a Bally V-5000 aka 5000 plus. Fairly easy machines to work on. Looks like the hopper ran out of coins before completion of the payout. Put the coins back in the hopper and close the door. It will take a moment but should continue paying the last win.
