Reels stop odd and speed ?

I was wondering what causes a reel to shake a little when it stops.  My reels normally stop solid, however I've noticed recently they been starting to shake for a bit more and more.

I was wondering is there a way to make the reels spin and stop faster?  My reels seem to spin slightly slower than others I see at casinos for the same machine.  For example, my machine it seems like each reel will do 1 or 2 extra spins b4 stopping compared to others I see.

There is not much that can be done to change the reel speed or the time that it spins. Earlier themes like 5 times pay are a little slower.  Reel spin time has decreased over the years because the manufacturers have found out that more money can be spent with a shorter spin time.
As far as the looseness that is wear on the stepper motor shaft and reel. Usually much worse on 5 reel machines. There have been some tricks with rapping scotch tape one turn on the shaft and forcing the reel back on the shaft. Finesse and careful execution is the name of the game here.  Mostly this is done on 5 reel machines. Three reel machine take a long time to wear out compared to a 5 reel.
