How to start Bally Pro-Slot S6000

Hello,

I recently inherited a Bally Pro-Slot S6000 upright slot machine. Previous owner thought the 3.6 volt battery needed to be replaced it, but I replaced it and I still cannot get it into working order. When I power up, it goes through the Bally ProSound Developer intro and all of the lights and gizmos seem to be in good order, but I cannot get the win paid , credit area to populate with anything. What am I missing?

Can you post a picture with your machine turned on. After a battery change you will need to clear it. Post a picture of U28 and U43 that is on the board which you changed the battery on. If you are not seeing anything on the display it could be a power supply issue or other problem. Attached are the photos as requested. I tried switching DS1 - #8 to off and then on, and holding the test and the pseudo coin buttons, but that didn't seem to do anything. Tried multiple combinations. The red LED next to the Reset button does not light. Any idea?

You will need to purchase a set of leave in clear chips which you use the Dip switch to do a clear. There is also the removable type clear chips.  Check with member RB for a set of chips
