New to these looking for some advice please

Hi everyone first of all sorry if this is in the wrong place I wasn't exactly sure where to post . So anyway I'm thinking about buying 2 slot machines both have some problems one was working but is now showing some errors what I'm wondering is if I get them what are the chances I can get one or bother of them running would love to have one in the corner of the bar I  have added some.pics of the machines they also come with 2 extra games so I'm really keen to buy them just would like to know what that chances r of getting one going  is  I have included some pictures of the machines but sadly that's all the information I have on them at the moment thanks for any help

The IGT Game Kings used "down under" are very different than their North American counterparts.  Hopefully someone with experience with those machines will be able to answer your questions.  There are some users from NZ/AUS here, but the vast majority of people are more familiar with the North American game kings.
