Need help with a couple of old S machines transformer wiring!

I have 4 really old S & intermediate S machines that re ALL giving me the same problem. They are acting like they are wired for 220 (I think) but I hear the "pop" of the speaker when powered up with a game board in it. If I measure the AC voltage at the lights they are 64 volts though, not the 120 I need & of course the machines are not powering up. All of them are wired the same & all of them have the orange 120V stickers on them. I even temporarily disconnected the black/purple stripe one like you do in the Splus ones but nada....

can anyone tell me the right wire colors on the transformer? Again I think they are wired right but im losing half the voltage somewhere & the fact that its the exact same on all 4 machines is making me thing something is wired wrong.....

Can you post a couple of pics of the transformer?  I took a look at my S slot, but mine isn't matching what the manual says.  I have 8 terminals, it appears that terminal 1 and 2 are the 120VAC input and 3 - 8 are the outputs and returns.

I figured this out also, dug deep into the manual & here & found the 5 space black terminal block next to the transformer was wired for 220, not 120 as I suspected. I have to move the wire from position 4 to position 3 & it fired up.

Glad you got it figured out.  My transformer doesn't seem to match what the book says and it doesn't appear that it could be wired for 220VAC.
