IGT I-Game?

Yes it's a 3902 I-game set with 37 slot games in a 19" cabinet.  Never seen one with a button deck like that.
What is the problem?

That button deck is specifically setup for 3 reel video slots.  Most 19" panda cabinets have a two row button deck for poker or 5 reel video slot games.

Thanks for getting back to me so quick! I am able to modify all the options for the game with a Key Chip 40 except Maximum Bet. When i got it, it only had 5 cent as a selection and Max Bet of 2 credits. i have changed Denoms to add more selections but the Max bet is greyed out even after resetting everything. Some other questions but that it the most frustrating one at the moment. I see the wiring harness is setup for more buttons but maybe that is standard on these.

Most all games on that 37 slot set are 2 credit max.

on those 37 game titles, under the list of percentages available for each denom, you will see numbers starting at high percent and going down.  On some of the titles, you will see this and a little down the list the percentage will go up.  This is where the selection between 2 or 3 credit is.  I believe the second set of values is usually the 3 credit sets.  I think you still have to select 3 credit in the max bet area as well.  I don't have a machine with that software on it in front of me right now though.  I can check further this weekend.

Thank you to everyone for the info! Is it possible to change out the chips on this board for different games? it looks like the percentage payout is capped at 94% as well. Not much fun for the Wife if she has to keep plugging in money all the time.

There is an I-game called double diamond nudge you might like and it will match your glass somewhat.  May have to use touchscreen or just play max bet.

Most other video slot games have a max payout of 98%.  You won't notice much of a difference.  You could put a TITO board in it and then when you run out of credits just put another ticket in it or use the service button to add credits.

Someone also has a video slot cabinet set up with poker/blackjack/keno, but that machine doesn't have a max bet button:
