Reel Spin Audio

I’ve just got this machine up and running but don’t have all the audio options coming out of it such as the real spin, credits, etc. I have the volume’s turned up and are able to hear it when I adjust the volume but doesn’t work on the spins! Am I missing something?

Do you have the reel spin sounds turned on? That’s an option after the volume adjustments. Not sure exactly which sub-menu it’s in, but it’s there. It gives you the option for reel spin sound and then the next one is reel stop sound.

I’ve gone through it several times and all of the sounds are turned on. This is a replacement 504B board and I don’t know what controls the audio outputs. It’s not the speakers because I am able to adjust the volume.

The Machine is a Big Time Pay. I’m new to this so I’m not sure where the sound Simm Card goes even if there is one. I’ve been looking through the NLG for anatomy of a 504B CPU board. I get the basics which is the stepper chips and vision chip and beyond that I’m lost. Any help would be appreciated.

That may explain the sound issues. Big Times Pay has it's own special sound simm.  You may also need a MLM2 sound board.

BTP has no reel spin sound when not using the SIMM just like Super Mag 7 and possibly (not sure) Super Spin Sizzling 7.

Like I said I’m new to these machine but learning fast. First where is the sound Simm located and would either of you know where to go to find out what Simm card is required for BTP. I believe it has the Sound board is there. If I’m correct the sound board mounts on top of the CPU?

Yes it mounts on the sound board that's on top of cpu.  I can send you the correct simm.

Just took sound simm out of my sizzling 7s super spin and only get coil clicks.
