Just joined, and cut a long story short, I'm an expat from Liverpool UK, who heavily played the slot (or fruit) machines from the 70's through early 2000's.
Fast fed to present day, living in Ohio for almost 2 decades, I fix/repair/maintain pinballs, but I couldn't resist my new addition:
It's a Bally S5500 Sevens. It needs work. So far I have worked out that Code 50 is door open, and 31 is coin jam (Only because the codes are printed on the machine)
And when it did try to pay out, the hopper would turn, one step/coin at a time, CW so the coins would never be paid out.
I'm looking for a manual/diagnostic information. Bally Pinball manuals are very good for this, I would of hoped their slot machines would be the same, but haven't found anything solid yet.
Hello, and thank you for any advice to a new guy.
