this game was working ok... then started giving coin in timeout error, youll see in another thread i covered all bases with that and made no headway thats still a mystery, shortly after that it tilted with reel 3 suddering rather than spinning, thought i lost an optic or a stepper motor, but prob actually tracks back to the board, when i move the ribbon cable from reel 3 to reel 2 prob moves with it. at that point I thought I had a failing or leaking drive transistor on that reel...... that checks out....... this machine keeps having more and more demons developing in it


is this a porb anyone ever encountered??im beginning to wonder if i have corrupt SW... i prob have another board around here i can swap roms on and try to see if i can isolate roms vs board.... i may try that next

Figure this out ......... I suspected corrupted roms ........ I have treasure tunnel bins....... I dumped mine 1st to make sure I have them started to erase mine and started to second guess if treasure tunnel is the same as my quick n easy so I finished my erase then reporogrammed mine with my original dumps and now it won't boot I just get a "-" dash on the vfd ..... went from working to devolping prob after prob to now dead .... urggggggggghhhhhhh

Hey did u ever find out the problem with your machine ,I have the same problem with mine with the dash displaying
