IGT S2000 PINBALL SLOT reel error

I have an IGT S2000 Pinball Slot with an "aux reels" error, does anyone know what would cause this?  I attached a photo of the error.

Which MPU does your machine use? Was the machine working before or did you get it this way? Can you reset the machine and the error comes back or is it constant? In other words, can you clear the error and play for a bit before it returns?

If any of this sounds crazy, I apologize in advance.

It came with the error. He said it played previously but that like buying a used car, the high miles are always "mostly highway miles".  So I cannot be sure when it was last played.   It has an 044 board.  It has been re - chipped twice and comes back with the same error.

never saw that error before , lets hope everything is  there in the top  that pinball needs , never buy anything with that story unless you know  ahead of time you can fix it,   pinball is a very hard game to find , hope you didn't get screwed on it , was this guy a dealer of slots ? cost?

I don't think a bonus feature failure will trigger that code and I think the MPU is a 1270 enhanced, not an 044. Check the voltage on the green varta battery underneath the daughter board on the MPU. It has to work for the board to work. Also check ALL plug connections to make sure everything is snug. See if that gets you anything and let us know
