Line frequency detect error

i have a I game 044 board and every time after it boots up it has the above message
It will go away after awhile.
Does anyone know what will cause this?

Is there a switch on the power supply or near the power transformer in the machine for selecting 60hz/50hz input power? If so maybe it is in the wrong position?

Well the machine was fine and I changed it to a 044 board and now I am getting this error

The line frequency is an output from the power supply, so most likely it's either the power supply, loose connector/wires from the power supply, or the MPU board itself.

I will check for loose wires but when I installed the board it was working and I cleared the board and made the necessary changes and I now have this error

I put back the 3902 board and it went away. It must be something on the 044 board that is causing it.

Happens with 3902 as well as 044 boards...
Does anyone know why?    no....
Does it cause a problem? yes..for a few seconds...
Simply ignore it, it goes away....just dont bother it until it does.
Recapping the power supply will probably make it go away.
I have never seen it with a fresh power supply...

I did change the power supply with the 044 board and it returned but after the change back to the original board it went away

I see it mostly on old 3802/3902 filthy/nasty bartops.
It's really no big deal. If you have a spare power supply
try swapping it and see if it goes away....
