WTB: Player Tracking Bracket

I believe this is the solution to my spectrum mounting issue. Does anyone know another place to purchase parts like three? I've only been able to find this particular bracket at the vendor below. Sadly, they are out of stock.

Any other parts or solutions you may have are welcomed.

Try calling them up and asking if they might be able to find one. That is where I got one for my unit.

I've had pretty good luck contacting Rudy's thru their website contact form:

They frequently have items in inventory that are not listed on their website, plus they can sometimes find the part you need if you give them time and indicate you will buy it when they get it.

What is that black plastic material and where do you get it?  (vinyl stuff??)

That is indeed the bracket that I am in search of. I have not heard anything back yet from Nicole @ Rudy's, so I am going to have to search for an alternative option I believe. Oh, and thanks for the heads up on the ABS plastic sheeting as well. I never even considered that as an option for finishing around the edges behind the panel.

Did IGT also produce a player panel cover as well that fit over the bracket? Just curious as I have not seen one of those yet. Only custom covers to this point.

If IGT had a progressive it would be in the top glass.
The player tracking area would be a blank panel or would contain a printer on the left hand side with a 3/4 panel containing the player tracking display, keyboard, and card reader. That is why any progressive display in that area are home grown
Photos are a Mikhon progressive in the player tracking area before I covered it with the black vinyl.

The fine folks over at Ohio Gaming were nice enough to reach out to me and get me the bracket I was seeking. I now have a plan with the assistance of Jim's post as well as to what other components/material will be needed.

I think I am in a much better place now then what I was a day ago   Just needed the "correct" guidance.

Eric,  that bracket was for sale!  that's why I took the time to take a picture and take the measurement.

the black plastic is ABS black plastic, 1/8 thick, smooth on one side and krinkly on the other.  I attach it with 3M two sided tape.


I buy it in 4x8 sheets from a company in Texas.  Tuff Fronts, they used this material to make new fronts for vending machines.  I buy the tape from them as well.  they will cut it to any size (extra fee), so I have them cut it to size for the card reader brackets.

I'm missing something here. On a regular setup the bracket supports the top glass and the cover plate locks into the bracket and is in turn held in place by the closed door so customers can't take the top glass out. How does the above described method lock the top glass?

I must have completely missed where you mentioned that it was available.    Not that it's a good excuse, but I had about 3 conversations going on all at the same time, so I apologize for that oversight sincerely.

I know it's probably not much consolation now, but you did provide me with some very valuable insight into getting this project headed in the right direction.

BTW, you wouldn't happen to have a spare validator bezel for an S2000 would you?

If the cover plate has holes in it for tracking display etc you can use the vinyl plastic to cover the holes and you still have the locking feature and a fairly good looking panel cover when done. I have also hogged out the cover plate to allow the meter to show through but this is a lot of work to make it look good and the cover plate is pretty flimsy after cutting out most of it's center.

That was my question. From his origional post it sounded like the cover plate was what he needed. It's got the tabs that lock into the support bracket to make the whole thing secure when in a casino environment
