S2000 Changing the sound

I jsut received a IGT S2000 Tripple Double Wild Cherry Slot Machine.  I have followed the instructions to lower the sound by opening door, pressing test button, then pressing the payout button, but the screen does not change to options.  What am I doing wrong?  How do I get to the options on the display?

Never mind. I figured it out.  Previous owner disconnected the swith from the button.  I had to re-insert the microswitch and was able to acess the option button.

Many will disable the payout button to keep little hands from exercising the coin hopper or ticket printer. I'm assuming you're machine is not coinless.
Lots of good information here Dave but be careful these machines can multiply in vast numbers even if you only have one now.

Pretty reliable for home use remember these machines were designed to be on 24/7 at the Casino.
