Thanks for the response. No change... If you examine these two new photos closely you'll see that the only wire coming from the cabinet is the green one leading to the belly door switch.  The green blue wire is not connected to anything at either end expect for going into the connector which connects to nothing.

With help from Rich it appears as if I will need an 801 io card to get this running. Will update the thread when I have sourced and installed it to let you know if the game is operational.

Door switch now operating but original issue with coin in jam back. Going for new door I/O.

Replaced the door i/o and keyed the game. All is now good with this game. Thank you for all the help!!!
