Monitor Power Question (KTL173S-01/IGT 699-707-05W)
« on: March 24, 2020, 05:22:48 PM »
Hello all,
First off, new to the forums, apologies if this isn't the correct place to post.

So I picked up one of these monitors, which I've learned (believe?) comes out of G20/G22 units. I'm planning on using the monitor for a side project, and was curious if anyone knows the correct power supply for the monitor.
I did see this thread but wasn't sure if it's the same unit or not.

Picture attached for reference (I'm surmising it uses that 9-pin Molex)
Thanks

They are not from a G20/22, they are S-AVP stepper monitors.

You should be able to use any igt AVP 12v power supply for monitors.  Someone with an AVP should chime in to verify the pin out is the same.  I only have video app’s so I can’t verify for you if the they are all pin compatible.

That power supply is for the monitors that us +24 and +12v.  The one he needs are the ones that do only 12v, I'm not sure the pinout is the same.
